Admission Requirements and Documents
To ensure a smooth application process, please prepare the following documents for your child’s admission at Annaimira Model School:
- Birth Certificate (original and copy)

What age should my child be to enroll?
Admissions are offered from Pre-KG onwards, based on the child’s age and the applicable admission guidelines for the academic year. Our admissions team will be happy to guide parents to the appropriate class based on the child’s date of birth and developmental readiness.
What documents are required for admission?
Parents are generally required to submit the child’s Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, recent passport-size photographs, parent/guardian identification and address proof. For children transferring from another school, previous school records and a **Transfer Certificate, where applicable, may also be required.
How can I schedule a school tour?
We warmly welcome parents to visit Annai Mira World School and experience our campus and learning environment. A school visit can be scheduled by contacting our school office. Our team will guide you around the campus and answer your questions regarding academics, activities, facilities and admissions.
Is there a fee for the admissions process?
For information regarding the current admission/application fee and school fee structure, please contact the school office. Our admissions team will provide the applicable details for your child’s grade.
How does the admission process work?
Once the admission process and required documentation are completed, parents will be informed about the admission status by the school. Availability is subject to seats in the respective grade.
What are the school timings?
School timings vary according to the grade level. Pre-KG: 9:00 AM–12:20 PM; LKG: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM; UKG onwards: 9:00 AM–3:30 PM. Parents will be informed in advance of any changes to regular timings.
Is there transportation available?
Yes. School transportation is available on selected routes in and around Vellore, subject to route feasibility and seat availability. Parents may contact the school office to check whether transportation is available for their locality.
Are meals provided at school?
I would not put a fixed answer here unless AMWS currently provides meals. If children bring food from home, use:
“Students are encouraged to bring nutritious, age-appropriate food and drinking water from home. Parents will receive guidance regarding snack and lunch requirements according to their child’s grade.”
What learning experiences are offered beyond academics?
At Annai Mira World School, learning extends beyond the classroom. Children are provided opportunities to participate in art, music, dance, sports, physical activities, celebrations, field visits, creative activities and age-appropriate clubs and enrichment programmes. Activities may vary according to the child’s age and the academic calendar.
